CEO

As a co-founder, Kent played a key role in developing and executing on the company’s sales and marketing strategy. He led the transformation of the company’s name change to nSightful, accelerating its digital services offerings. Kent has over 35 years of experience across digital, database marketing, financial services and global business process outsourcing. He is a senior leader with proven success in developing and executing strategies to drive sales and deliver value for clients. 

Kent previously held various leadership positions at Sitel, Fiserv, MoneyGram International, LiveOps and Data Axle (formerly Infogroup).

Kent holds a BSBA in Economics from Creighton University

Scott Swanson

Vice President, Sales & Operations

As Director of Sales Operations, Scott is responsible for driving operational excellence of nSightful’s data-driven solutions, including data access technologies, data sourcing, data privacy, data availability and reliability. With over 20 years operational sales leadership experience, Scott has developed an in-depth knowledge of data and digital marketing best practices.  

Previous to nSightful, Scott held various leadership positions at Fiserv (formerly First Data Corp).

Scott holds a BA in Business Management from University of Nebraska Omaha.

JoAnn Mitchell

Vice President, Client Services & Administration

As Director of Client Services, JoAnn has oversight of the Client Management function for nSightful. In this role she is responsible for growing existing client relationships by helping them grow their business through the use of nSightful’s data and digital offerings. JoAnn is building and inspiring a client services team that delivers valuable data-driven marketing strategies and solutions, with a focus on hyper-personalized experiences. Her team members have a deep understanding of emerging digital and data-driven solutions.

Joann holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA focused in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from West Texas A&M University.
