How Our Data is Compiled

Our data compilation process is broken down into two tiers. This process ensures the most accurate information on every consumer in our database.

Tier 1 | Primary Data Sources

We take over a dozen different sources including census data, nationwide land line and wireless phone directories, behavioral data, demographics, response, lifestyle, and interest data, mortgage and deed transaction data, county assessor tax data and magazine subscribers to name a few*.

With this initial tier in place, we build the foundation to our winning and most accurate list of consumers available in the market.

Tier 2 | Secondary Data Sources

Next, we add in secondary sources to enhance coverage and add depth to the file including summarized credit score, occupation, premium ethnicity filters, language preference, country of origin and religion. Additional models such as estimated wealth and our proprietary Personas are developed to provide more selection and coverage.

Finally, all records are then run through our proprietary in-house software to match, verify, remove duplicate and invalid records. We clean the data through USPS National Change of Address (NCOA), Zip+4 and Delivery Sequence File (DSF) to standardize and keep the addresses accurate. We identify anyone known to be incarcerated, in assisted living, in bankruptcy, deceased individuals all to improve quality of the data.

Phones are processed against Federal, State, DMA and proprietary Do Not Call files. Phones are flagged for wireless identification through known wireless blocks groups, known ported numbers and proprietary wireless files
